Product Description

Prepainted aluminium coil are produced through a roller coating process. The aluminum substrate undergoes pretreatment for degreasing and passivation, followed by coating and drying to form a colored organic coating layer, which endows it with excellent anti-corrosion and decorative properties. Wuxi shengshu is one of the earliest enterprises in China to adopt the rolling coating process for aluminum sheets. Over the years, it has accumulated rich experience in actual production, mastered international advanced coating techniques, and independently developed leading domestic process technologies. With a high market share, it has set the benchmark for similar products. It can be widely applied in roofing systems, ceiling and suspended ceiling systems, home appliances, rail transit, composite panels, roller shutter systems, downspout systems,  etc.

1.How can I get some samples? 
We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost. The samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

Yes, we are. We have our own factory in Jiangsu province, China. As manufacturer, our customers are welcomed to visit our factory.
 
3.Do you have any certificates?

4.What information should I let you know?
1) The size of products (Alloy ,width ,thickness, color, application);

3) It will be better if you can show us the pictures or design sketch. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

5.Can you do the design for us?
We usually produce goods based on customers' samples or based on customers' picture, logo, sizes etc.
